 Our Philosophy

Tatlocks Gourmet Produce is named after our beautiful farm that we established in 2015 in the Wartook Valley. Our goal is to farm free-range pigs, cattle, sheep and goats that produce full flavoured meats that we supply directly to our customers.

We only select livestock that enables us to produce the best possible flavour and tenderness. By not overstocking and providing an environment where our animals are happy and healthy, our customers receive an end product that surpasses the quality of anything they can find elsewhere.
